Four night minimum required for the Merlefest Event & Thanksgiving Week/Weekend.

Please check the amount of people each cabin accommodates, we ask that you not go over the maximum amount -
including children of all ages.

In appreciation of our staff’s hard work throughout the year and our own personal family time, we ask that guests not request an arrival or departure on the following holidays. We feel that these holidays are very important for families to have time together
and to worship God.

Reservation Information:

Select the cabin and dates of your choice then contact us by telephone or e-mail to check availability. A 50% advance
rental payment (of the base rental amount) plus the processing fee is required upon placing your reservation. The balance (remaining 50% of the base rental amount & any applicable taxes) to be paid 30 days prior to check-in date. For reservations
made 30 days or less from arrival date full amount due at time of placing reservation (with credit card).

Payment Methods:

Personal checks can be made payable to Fall Creek Cabins. No personal checks accepted less than 30 days prior
to arrival date. Master Card, Visa, American Express and Discover credit cards are accepted for payment and are
also required for the Damage/Security Deposit which is pre-authorized.

RATES - Effective January 1, 2010:

Mountain Laurel:
$195/nightly - $975/weekly

Serenity Ridge & Blueberry Hideaway:
$205/nightly - $1,025/weekly

Creekside Overlook:
$210/nightly - $1,050/weekly

Deer Run & Pine Crest:
$215/nightly - $1,075/weekly

Bear Creek & Wolf Creek:
$220/nightly - $1,100/weekly

All reservations are subject to any applicable taxes & processing fee.
Processing Fees: 1-2 nights = $45.00, 3-4 nights = $55.00, 5-7 nights = $65.00
Processing Fee for Merlefest, Thanksgiving, Christmas & New Year's slightly higher.
Damage/Security deposits are pre-authorized with credit card.
Rentals include FREE High Speed Wireless Internet, all linens, basic departure cleaning,
propane gas for grill & firewood.

Holidays:

Rates for Martin Luther King Jr. week/weekend, Valentine's Day week/weekend, President's Day week/weekend, Easter/Spring break week/weekend, Merlefest (Special Event) Memorial Day week/weekend, Fourth of July week/weekend, Labor Day week/weekend, Columbus Day week/weekend, & all October weekends are an additional $30.00 per night or an additional $100.00 for a week.

Rates for Merlefest, Thanksgiving week, Christmas week and New Year's week are an additional
$35.00 per night or an additional $175.00 for a week. 
Holiday rate for Thanksgiving week begins on Sunday, November 21, 2010 and
ends on Sunday, November 28, 2010.
Holiday rate for Christmas/New Year's weeks begins on Friday, December 17, 2010 and
ends on Thursday, January 6, 2011.

A THREE NIGHT MINIMUM IS REQUIRED FOR ALL HOLIDAYS & A FOUR NIGHT MINIMUM FOR
THANKSGIVING WEEK/WEEKEND & MERLEFEST.
